Our Story
Rock Springs Young at Heart

Since 1973, the Young at Heart has proudly served the Rock Springs and Sweetwater County community. Initially focused on supporting seniors, the Center expanded in 2009 with a new facility, broadening its services to meet the needs of the entire community. Today, it offers programs for residents of all ages, including early childhood education, outreach, senior meals, in-home and health services, as well as educational programs and public spaces for meetings and events.
